Calling the Office

Phone tips: When you hear our automated phone greeting, press option 2 to speak live with the receptionist to make an appointment, pay a bill over the phone by credit card, leave a question for the nurse, etc. Press option 4 to be fowarded to our Billing Service for billing-related questions or issues. If you call during lunch hours or if no receptionist is available, your call will go straight to voicemail and we will call you back as soon as we are available.

Driving Directions

From Bellevue / Redmond, I-405 northbound, take the NE 124th St Exit, 20B. Stay right on the Totem Lake Blvd exit ramp. Continue straight onto 120th Ave NE.

From Bothell, I-405 southbound, take the NE 124th St Exit, 20. Turn left onto NE 124th St. Turn left onto Totem Lake Blvd NE. Turn right onto 120th Ave NE.

Once you are on 120th Ave NE, it’s easiest to turn left at the light on NE 128th St and then turn right immediately into our parking lot.
