FROM THE SOUTH:

Take I-405 north.

Exit NE 124th Street, exit #20B

At the fork in the ramp go right it says Totem Lake Blvd

At the light (intersection) go straight, you're on 120th Avenue NE now

Turn left onto NE 128th Street. Then first right into our parking lot.

We are on the corner of 120th and 128th. The building is called Evergreen Medical Dental Center.

FROM THE NORTH:

Take I-405 south.

Exit NE 124th Street, exit #20

Turn left at the light, go east across the freeway. You're now on 124th Street.

At the third light, turn left onto totem lake blvd. 

Turn right onto 120th Avenue NE (first light).

Turn left onto 128th Street. Then first right into our parking lot.

We are on the corner of 120th and 128th. The building is called Evergreen Medical Dental Center.
